  • Dear Cpanel Customers,

    Our Cpanel1 server had a major network interface re-config by latest update.
    After investaging the issue we managed to get main network back online.

    There are services that are been effected and are currently getting resloved as we speak.

    This should be back to normal by tonight.

    Hostyournet.co.uk dns records has not been propergating though out the internet this has seems to be fixed for the UK.
    I am keeping an eye on it deloyment to the rest of the world.

    High disk,
    Major services are failing to auto reboot.
    Accounts are not been reported correctly within WHM.

    The server may not be reachable for the weekend for atleast a few hours while transfers are taking place.

    Server is been re-installed to a fresh install.

Vmware Host Disk Full (Resolved)

  • This effects the shared hosting platform.
    The host decided to crteate multipule copies of the hard drive which filled it up all the space thus preventing the Shared1 server from been able to run.

    For me to fix Shared1 had to be rebuilt if you have any issues aftr the server rebuild please report it to us.

    Update - 6/10/15 - Server is reinstalled and backups are been restored as we speak.

Host Server Failure (Resolved)

    On the 9/7/15 the host server had dual hard drive failure. this caused the server to be down for the duration while the new hard drives where installed and the data recover.

    The affected Servers are,
    • All vitual priate servers,
    • Cpanel Server.
    THis has now been resolved and there should be no futher issues. If you do experience any issues please put a support ticket in to ourselves to have a look and investagate.

Essential Maintenance and upgrades (Resolved)

  • Dear Customers,

    Due to the problems that some of you have been suffering, we've been looking into the issue for a while and have only now come up with a possible solution fix.

    The reason where doing this is cause the server is not accepting passive ftp requests - this is due to the software where using to host the server.

    The fix is simple and easy to install and hopefully to implement the new server rather fast and minimal delay to your hosting. This will be done over a couple of days and with the expected view of been completed in advance.

    In order to do this we are going to need to take the current server offline and then manually rebuild the new server again and have your hosting backup ASAP.

    If you have any questions are issues please raise a support ticket with the tech department.
